Net profit seen at 1.83 billion zlotys

GDANSK, Oct 27 (Reuters) - Santander Bank Polska SPL1.WA is expected to post third-quarter net profit of 1.83 billion zlotys ($503.23 million) on October 29, a Reuters poll showed on Monday.

That is down from a net profit of 1.94 billion zlotys in the same period of last year.

Analysts, however, expect net profit to be higher than in the previous quarter, driven by lower provisions for Swiss franc-denominated loans and improved results from discontinued operations.
