Erste Bank plans tender offer for up to 26% more stake in Erste Bank Polska Sept 25 (Reuters) - Erste Group Bank ERST.VI said on Friday it will launch a tender offer to take another 26% stake in Erste Bank Polska EBP.WA, up from the 49% it holds currently.
The Austrian lender will offer 713 zloty ($185.82) per share for shares in the Poland-listed company.
