    The Times
    - The Guardian has placed a limit on the number of stories
that readers can access free of charge on its app. In a sign of
growing financial pressure on the newspaper, people will be able
to see 20 stories on the app until they have to pay to continue
to use it or wait until the end of the month for the cap on
stories to reset.

    - The European Union has launched a formal investigation
into whether TikTok has broken online content rules including
the safeguarding of children.
    
    - Ofcom has launched an investigation into whether a GB News
programme where Rishi Sunak took questions from the public
breached impartiality rules by failing to include other

    - Esken  ESKN.L  owned London Southend Airport is set to
fall under the control of U.S. private equity firm Carlyle Group
