Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Esken, the aviation and energy group, announces that John Coombs, who is a
Director, has transferred 178, 571 Ordinary Shares of 10p held in the name of
a nominee account on his behalf to a self-invested personal pension ("SIPP")
held in his name. The number of shares held by Mr Coombs and the beneficial
ownership of the shares remains unchanged. The transactions are part of
consolidation of Mr Coombs' holding of Esken shares for administration
purposes. The transfers are summarised below:
