Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Esken, the aviation and renewable energy group, announces that Nick Dilworth,
who is a Director, and Charlotte Dilworth, a person closely associated with Mr
Dilworth, have sold a total of 153 Ordinary Shares (at a price per share of
£0.1023 for 97 shares and £0.1031 for 56 shares)) held in the name of a
nominee account on their behalf to meet certain charges associated with that
account. The number of shares held by Mr and Mrs Dilworth following the sale
is 220,396 Ordinary Shares.
