Esken Limited (the "Company"), the aviation and renewables group, notes that
 Mr  Lewis Girdwood,  Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director,
Aviation of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and
Chair of Audit Committee of Aurrigo International plc with effect from 9
September 2022.

This notification is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) of the Listing
Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
