Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Esken, the aviation and renewable energy group, announces that it has today
posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 February 2022
("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in hard copy
form to those shareholders who have elected to receive correspondence by post.

 

Other shareholders have been notified by letter or email (for those
shareholders who have notified the Company they wish to receive electronic
communications) of the availability of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM at
the following link www.esken.com/investors (http://www.esken.com/investors) .

 

The AGM will take place at the offices of Eversheds Sutherland at 1 Wood
Street, Cheapside, London, EC2V 7WS on 13 July 2022 at 11.00 am.

 

In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, copies of the above documents
have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available
