Result of EGM

Adviser appointment

 

Esken, the aviation and renewables group, announces the result of voting on
the resolution at its Extraordinary General Meeting, held at 11.00 a.m. on 29
November 2022.

 

The resolution was passed by the required majority by means of a poll.  The
results of the poll are set out below.

The number of ordinary shares in issue on 29 November 2022 was 1,025,336,741.
A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of
the proportion of votes 'For' or 'Against' a resolution.

 

Further to the announcement made on 9th November 2022, Esken confirms that it
has appointed Canaccord Genuity Limited as sole financial adviser in
connection with a strategic review of its operating businesses.
