 Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Stobart Group, the aviation and energy group, announces that  following the publication of the Company's combined circular and prospectus on 5 June 2020 (the "Prospectus"), the Directors have each subscribed for, and have today, 29 June 2020, had issued to them, ordinary shares in the capital of the Company under the terms of the Firm Placing at the issue price of 40 pence per ordinary share. The Directors also participated in the recent Open Offer, the result of which was announced on 25 June 2020. Details of each Director's participation in the Capital Raise and of their beneficial interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company immediately following Admission are set out in the table below. Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as set out in the Prospectus.
