The Company announces that it has issued the documents in relation to its Annual General Meeting which will take place at 11.00am on Tuesday 23 July 2019 at the St Pierre Park Hotel, Rohais, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1FD.
The following documents have now been posted or made available to shareholders:
·    Annual Report and Accounts 2019
·    Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting
·    Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting
In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
