Update on Legal Proceedings
 
Following the announcement to shareholders on 17 May 2019, the Board of Stobart Group provides an update on the Company's legal proceedings against Mr Tinkler.
Mr Tinkler's application for permission to appeal certain aspects of the Judgment handed down on 15 February 2019 by His Honour Judge Russen QC has been refused by the Court of Appeal.
The Board will provide further updates to shareholders on proceedings as required.
