 ESKN.L  up 19.3% at 3p 
    ** Stock among top pct gainers across London
    ** Set to post biggest one-day gain in more than three
months, if gains hold
    ** Co confirms in discussions with investment firm Pioneer
Point Partners for possible disposal of Esken renewables
    ** Adds net proceeds from sale to be used to repay committed
funding drawn under group's facilities agreement with specialty
lender 
    ** As of last close, stock down 47% YTD
