ESR Group receives go-private bid from consortium comprising Starwood, SSW

May 13 (Reuters) - Hong Kong-listed ESR Group  1821.HK 
said on Monday it has received a buyout offer from a consortium
of investors including Starwood Capital and SSW Partners, in a
move to privatise the real estate fund manager.
