    CEZ: Bulgarian holding company Eurohold  4EH.BB  has signed
a deal to buy the Bulgarian assets of Czech utility CEZ
 CEZP.PR  for 335 million euros ($377.9 million), it said on

resist a criminal investigation, a slap from European auditors

    EU: A push by most European Union nations for the world's
biggest economic bloc to go carbon-neutral by 2050 was dropped

    BONDS: The Czech Finance Ministry will start offering retail
bonds with a fixed coupon of 1.6% in July to widen its offer of

    CEE MARKETS: The forint slightly lagged other central
European currencies on Thursday on expectations that the
Hungarian central bank will next week put off policy tightening
after the European Central Bank flagged further stimulus.

    EUROPE POWER: European over-the-counter spot power contracts
for day-ahead delivery diverged on Thursday with the German
position gaining on an expected rise in demand after a bank
