ERB Hellas Funding Limited hereby announces that, in accordance with the terms of its 200,000,000 Series C Fixed Rate Non-cumulative Guaranteed Non-voting Preferred Securities (ISIN: XS0234821345; German Security Code (WKN): AOGJB4; and Amsterdam Security Code: 15595) having the benefit of a subordinated guarantee from Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (the "Preferred Securities"), the non-cumulative Preferred Dividends (as defined in the Prospectus dated 24 October 2005 relating to the Preferred Securities) on the Preferred Securities, which would otherwise have been payable on 9 January 2018, will not be declared and will not be paid.
