ERB Hellas Funding Limited hereby announces that, in relation to its €200,000,000 Series C Fixed Rate Non-cumulative Guaranteed Non-voting Preferred Securities (ISIN: XS0234821345; German Security Code (WKN): AOGJB4; and Amsterdam Security Code: 15595) having the benefit of a subordinated guarantee from Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (the "Preferred Securities"), €600,000 of the Preferred Securities shall be cancelled.
