Jan 23 (Reuters) - Greek lender Eurobank EURBr.AT said on Friday it had priced 400 million euros ($469.7 million) in fixed rate reset subordinated Tier 2 notes at a 4.125% annual coupon, after books drew 3.8 billion euros in orders, or 9.5 times the deal size.
The issue was priced at a final credit spread of 160 basis points, tightened from initial guidance of 200 bps.
The notes mature on April 29, 2037 and are callable at par from January 29, 2032 to April 29, 2032, with settlement due on January 29, 2026.
Eurobank said it took firm final orders from 117 investors, with foreign buyers accounting for 94% of the book at re-offer.
Proceeds will support the group's strategy to meet minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL) and general funding needs, the lender said.
