    * Q2 adjusted NAV 543.3 million euros ($593.7 million), or 
7.50 euros per share, a decline of 11.5 million euros or 0.16 
euros per share from Q1  
    * Q2 normalized FFO 2.3 million euros, or 0.04 euros per 
share 
    * Q2 dividend of 9.0 million euros, or 0.125 euros per share
