    June 15 (Reuters) - Euroconsult Engineering Consulting Group 
SA  ECG.MC : 
    * To run a capital hike issuing 2.3 million shares with 1.62 
euros ($1.82) share premium each 
    * Capital increase value to reach 4.3 million euros 
including nominal value of shares of 469,118 euros (0.20 euros 
each) 
    * To use obtained funds for international expansion, 
research and development, inorganic growth through acquisition 
of synergistic companies
