Dividend Declaration

 

The Board of European Opportunities Trust PLC is pleased to announce the
Company's final dividend in relation to the financial year ended 31 May 2025.

 

Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting, a
final dividend of 2.0 pence per ordinary Share will be payable to Shareholders
on the register as at 28 October 2025 (the record date) with an associated
ex-dividend date of 2 October 2025 and a payment date of 3 October 2025.
