Investment Manager update

 

The Board of European Opportunities Trust PLC (the "Company"), notes the
announcement earlier today by River Global PLC that it has agreed heads of
terms to acquire Devon Equity Management Limited, the Company's investment
manager, subject to contract and regulatory approval from the Financial
Conduct Authority (the "Transaction").
