Changes to committees and roles

 

At the conclusion of the 35(th) Annual General Meeting held earlier today,
Simona Heidempergher retired from the Board, and as Senior Independent
Director and Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

 

As set out in the annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30
June 2025, the structure of the Board's principal committees changes with
effect from today.  The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will become the
Nomination Committee and be chaired by James Williams, the Chairman of the
Board.  Directors' remuneration will be considered by the Board as a whole in
a session led by the Senior Independent Director.  Ann Grevelius succeeds
Simona as the Company's Senior Independent Director and becomes Chair of the
Management Engagement Committee.
