60% premarket to a record low of $0.43
    ** Co says it will delist its common stock from the Nasdaq
Capital Market, effective Feb. 20; Expects stock to be approved

    ** Stock eyes its worst session ever
    ** Stock had declined ~73.6% by last close since its listing
in November 2019; Market capitalization dropped to ~$31 mln from
$105 mln during the same period
