** Warner Bros Discovery WBD.O has asked potential buyers to submit improved offers by December 1, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

** British bookmaker Evoke EVOK.L has appointed bankers to assess options for the potential sale of its Italian online business if the government imposes steep tax increases in the upcoming budget, Sky News reported.

** South Korea's Lotte Chemical 011170.KS plans to shut its naphtha cracking operation to merge with HD Hyundai 267250.KS as part of the country's push to restructure an oversupplied petrochemical sector, a news report said.

** Indian warehouse developer IndoSpace INDV.NS and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) said they acquired six industrial and logistics parks worth 30 billion rupees ($336.26 million) through their joint venture.
