Publication of Notice of AGM

 

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, evoke makes the following declaration:

The Company has today published on its website, and posted to shareholders who have elected to receive a paper copy, the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 2026 ("Notice").

The Notice is available here: https://www.evokeplc.com/investors/shareholder-information/agms-and-general-meetings/ and has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism here: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The AGM will be held at 9.30am BST on Monday 8 June 2026, at the office of Hudson Sandler LLP, 25 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6AE. Shareholders not able to attend in person will be able to follow the proceedings of the AGM for free over the online Investor Meet Company platform by registering in advance via the following link:  https://www.investormeetcompany.com/evoke-plc/register-investor.

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions in respect of the business of the AGM for the Board to consider. Questions may be submitted in advance or during the AGM over the Investor Meet Company platform following registration, and the Board will aim to respond to any such questions relevant to the business of the AGM. Further information is set out in the 2026 AGM Notice.

Shareholders wishing to vote at the AGM are strongly encouraged to do so by completing a form of proxy or form of direction as appropriate. Shareholders will not be able to vote at the AGM over the online platform. Shareholders wishing to attend the AGM in person must register in advance with the Company's Registrar,  MUFG Corporate Markets, by 3 June 2026, as set out in the Notice.

The Annual Report and Accounts 2025 has also been posted to shareholders today, where requested, and can be viewed here: https://www.evokeplc.com/investors/results-reports-and-presentations/.
