** Co reports Q3 2025 revenue up 5% y/y to 435 mln pounds ($583.81 mln)

** Reiterates FY25 Adjusted EBITDA margin of at least 20%

** Expects to deliver FY25 Adjusted EBITDA ahead of current market expectations (362 mln pounds)

** YTD, including session's gain, EVOK down about 27.1%
