** Bally's Intralot BYLOTr.AT to buy the British bookmaker for £243.1 million ($326 million) or 52 pence per share
** Intralot’s offer is at a 33.8% premium to EVOK’s closing price before co confirmed discussions with the Greek lottery and gaming firm
** Up to last close, EVOK up ~80% this year
