 CGJG.SI  
    * Currently in process effecting a reverse take-over of a 
cash generative real estate development and investment business 
    * Board is of view that co will have sufficient working 
capital to enable it to operate as a going concern 
    * Co shares have been suspended from trading, and it is 
board's intention to let suspension remain until completion of 
RTO and disposal
