Exela Technologies falls on wider losses in Q4

** Shares of business process automation company Exela
Technologies  XELA.O  down 9.5% at $0.035 premarket
    ** Reports a 9.3% YoY fall in Q4 revenue to $267.0 mln and
wider Q4 net loss of $194.1 mln vs net loss of $70.6 mln, a year
earlier
    ** Says its revenue in information and transaction
processing solutions segment declined 14.7% due to a network
outage, currency translation & staffing shortages
    ** Up to last close, stock had fallen 52.7% this year
