    ** CEO Ronald Cogburn will transition from current role
effective April 30, co said in a statement after markets closed
on Thursday
    ** Cogburn has been CEO since XELA's IPO in 2017
    ** XELA's executive chairman and senior management team will
lead co 
    ** YTD, shares down 52.6% as of last close
