1401 Pte. Ltd. has filed a winding up application with high 
court of Singapore on 5 May 2017 
    * Winding up application to wind up Lewek Champion Shipping 
Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of EOL 
    * Company, EOL and Lewek Champion are seeking legal advice 
in respect of winding up application.
