company an extension of time to hold AGM by 1 March 2017 
    * Company applied to SGX-ST seeking a 30-day extension to 
announce  financial statement for q1 ended 30 November 2016 
    * Financial statement for 1q2017 would not be announced by 
company by 14 January 2017
