 * Aggregate consideration payable by the purchaser to the vendors for the 
disposal interest is approximately US$166.3 million 
 * co and EMAS offshore production services (Vietnam) (vendors) entered into binding share purchase agreement with petrofirst infrastructure 
2 ltd 
 * Net proceeds will be utilised for debt repayment, working capital and general 
corporate requirements
