FINAL DIVIDEND FOR 2020
 
The Board of F&C Investment Trust plc (the 'Company') has today announced the Company's results and final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2020.  Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, the final dividend of 3.40 pence per share will be paid on 13 May 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16 April 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 15 April 2021. A dividend reinvestment plan is available for which the election date will be 23 April 2021.
 
The final dividend, together with the three quarterly interim payments totaling 8.70 pence per share, will bring the total dividend for the year to 12.10 pence per share.
