THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2025

Information disclosed in accordance with DTR 6.1.13

 

The Directors of the Company have resolved that the third interim dividend for
the year ending 31 December 2025 will be a payment of 3.80 pence per ordinary
share (2024: 3.60 pence per share). The dividend will be paid on 2 February
2026 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 5 January 2026.
The ex-dividend date will be 2 January 2026. Please note this payment will
include a Dividend Re-investment Plan facility, for which the election date
will be 12 January 2026.
