Aug 11 (Reuters) - Falcon Energy Group Ltd  FEGL.SI  
    * Receipt of writs of summons from Ambank (M) Berhad 
    * Group & advisers held discussions with principal lenders 
to address significant debt maturities and various obligations 
owed to financial lenders 
    * Whilst discussions have been ongoing with lenders in 
relation to restructuring options co's units received writs of 
summons filed by AMBANK (M) 
    * Company, CM, EM and MM are currently reviewing writs of 
summons and seeking legal advice on this matter 
    * Ambank is claiming against units as borrowers under 
credit facilities granted by Ambank & against co as guarantor of 
facilities 
    * Aambank claimed against facilities for sum of $8.8 
million, $5.3 million and $5.9 million as at 31 MAY 2017
