Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Fandango Holdings plc announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the
year ended 29 February 2024, including Notice of Annual General Meeting
("AGM"), are today being posted to shareholders and will be made available on
the Company's website www.fandangoholdingsplc.com

A Notice of Availability letter is also being sent to shareholders of the
Company who have previously elected not to receive statutory documents and
communications in paper format. This will advise them that new information is
now available to view and download from the Company's website.

 

The AGM will be held on 29 July 2025 at 14.00 p.m. at the offices of MSP
Secretaries Limited, Floor 2, 27-28 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DH.
Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy following the instructions set
out in the Notice of AGM.
