Brief: Beijing Precise Instruments major shareholder to pay cash compensation to other shareholders

Dec 16(Reuters) - Beijing Precise Instruments AG  CSSY.DE : 
     
    * Said on Monday major shareholder would pay cash 
compensation to other shareholders 
    * Said proposed payment of cash dividend in amount of 0.02 
euro per share and stock dividend in relation of one new bonus 
share for 200 existing shares were cancelled 
    * Said major shareholder, Feng Gao Ltd, would pay cash 
compensation in amount of 0.04 euro per share instead of planned 
cash dividend and stock dividend 
    * Said compensation payment would be made until Jan. 31,
