Nov 16 (Reuters) - CIAM Group Ltd  0378.HK : 
* Memorandum of understanding in relation to the proposed transaction between Ciam Group Limited and Advanced Lithium Electrochemistry (Cayman)  0378.HK  
* Pursuant to MOU, CGL intends to conduct merger and acquisition transaction under which target co will be consolidated into CGL Group 
* Deal for total consideration will be approximately HK$1.75 billion
