During the month of October 2025, Fidelity Japan Trust PLC did not repurchase
any ordinary shares into Treasury or for cancellation.

 

No ordinary shares were issued.

 

As at 31 October 2025, Fidelity Japan Trust PLC's issued share capital
consisted of 113,677,866 ordinary shares. There are no ordinary shares held in
Treasury; therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity Japan Trust
PLC is 113,677,866.

for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
