** Shares of Australian telecom firm Field Solutions
 FSG.AX  rise as much as 8.3% to A$0.052, highest since June 9 
    ** Stock marks third straight session of gains 
    ** Co launches first four telecommunications networks across
Dumbleyung Shire to Lake Grace in Western Australia 
    ** Says launch provides 3,600 square km of addressable
coverage on a cumulative basis 
    ** Stock down 52% this year, as of last close, vs a 3.02%
increase in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
