The Company announces that on 28 September 2016, Paul Monk, a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman, sold 146,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a sale price of 124.0p per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale, Mr Monk holds 145,547 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
