ISSUE OF NEW SHARES
Further to the announcement released by the Company on 27th November 2014, the Company now expects the Admission of 229,550 new Ordinary Shares related to the Long Term Incentive Scheme to occur on 16th December 2014. An application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").
