Clarification on Dividend Timetable

Further to the Group's results announcement the Company would like to clarify that, subject to shareholder approval, the final dividend will be paid on 10 December 2014 to all shareholders on the register at 14 November 2014 and will be recognised in the year ending 30 June 2015.
