FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, announces that Neil Smith, the Group Chief Executive, will be leaving the Company with effect from 31 July 2019 and, with effect from 1 August 2019, John Conoley, the Company's Chairman, will be appointed as Executive Chairman.
 
Graham Whitworth, part-time Executive Director of the Company, has agreed to extend his tenure as an Executive Director until January 2021.
 
John Conoley, Chairman of FireAngel, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I wish to thank Neil for his hard work and commitment through a period of significant change and wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
