FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, has been notified that yesterday, Ashley Silverton, Non-Executive Director, sold 57,883 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 29.95 pence per share and subsequently purchased 77,883 Ordinary Shares at 30 pence per share for his Individual Savings Account ('ISA').  Following these transactions, Mr Silverton now has a total beneficial interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13% of the Company's current issued share capital.
