Directorate Change

 

FireAngel (AIM:FA), a leading developer and supplier of home safety products,
announces that, following 14 years' service, including three years in her
current role, Zoe Fox has resigned as Chief Finance Officer and will be
replaced by Adrian Wilding, the Company's Commercial Director, who will assume
the role of Chief Finance Officer, both with immediate effect. Zoe is expected
to remain within the business until June 2024 to ensure a smooth transition to
Adrian and release of the Company's final results for the year ended 31
December 2023.

 

Adrian, who joined the Company in October 2023, is an experienced CFO and
ICAEW qualified accountant, having worked in both listed and private
equity-led businesses, holding multiple senior leadership roles in B2B and B2C
financial services and technology companies, most recently at Zest Technology
Group and AIM quoted Universe Group plc. Adrian will be succeeded as
Commercial Director by Janine Howsen, who recently joined the Company.
