Notice of Final Results and Notice of AGM

 

FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home
safety products, expects to release its audited final results for the year
ended 31 December 2023 during the week commencing 24 June 2024.

 

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at
11.00 am on 28 June 2024 at its offices, Vanguard Centre, Sir William Lyons
Road, Coventry CV4 7EZ. The Notice of AGM has been posted today to
shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website at
