Result of AGM

 

FireAngel (AIM: FA.), a leading developer and supplier of home safety
products, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today,
resolutions 3 to 7 were held on a poll and were duly passed.

 

Further to the Company's announcement earlier today noting the delay in the
publication of the Company's 2023 Audited Accounts, resolutions 1 and 2 were
withdrawn. A time and a place will be confirmed in due course at which these
resolutions will be presented for shareholder approval.
