Australia's Fleetpartners rises as Morgan Stanley raises rating, PT

** Shares of Australia's Fleetpartners Group  FPR.AX  rise
as much as 4.4% to A$2.82 to hit their highest since Sept. 27
    ** Analysts at Morgan Stanley lift PT on the fleet leasing
firm to A$3.20 from A$2.70
    ** Raises stock rating to 'Overweight' from 'Equal-weight'
    ** FPR on Monday posted FY23 net profit of A$88 million 
($56.14 million) 
    ** Stock has risen 35.3% this year as of last close
